Why Craft Child Factory Beats?

Top automatic machines

By using the latest machines in the market, we’re able to form pieces to shape with precision accuracy, and minimal waste to the material.

Professional manufacturing sites

We have multiple workshops that tackle different aspects of the baby furniture production process, including those for processing raw materials, forming individual parts, and workshops for assembling the furniture.

Controlling from raw materials

Meticulous management of raw materials from sourcing to processing ensures that we maintain the utmost quality and consistency in every piece of nursery set.

Team of well-trained workers

Our expert staff go through regular training and upskilling, keeping their skills competent and knowledgeable regarding the modern trends in the baby furniture industry.

01

Cutting the required length

Our team adheres to the ‘measure twice, cut once’ mentality, resulting in precision cuts on raw metal and wood materials. This method allows us to maximize the materials while minimizing waste – an important factor in maintaining costs for affordable and sustainable manufacturing.

02

Milling Shapes

To add details to the wood surface, we use an assortment of cutting-edge CNC milling machines. The precision capabilities of our machines, partnered by our team’s unmatched skill, guarantee smooth and seamless carving that defines the general outlines on the wood surface.

03

Slotting and Profiling

Now that the basic shapes are well-defined on the material, our talented artisans work on bringing out the finer details through slotting and profiling. Utilizing high-grade slotter and profiling files, they manually enhance the curves and lines on the designs. They also refine the slots and holes in the wood for a more stable assembly.

04

Automatic Punching

With the help of automatic punching machines, we emboss and punch sheet metal and wood pieces to make them more durable. The precision and accuracy of our machines guarantee swift handling and consistent results.

05

CNC Tenoning

Incorporating age-old woodworking with modern technology, our team creates tenons on wood pieces for easier and more stable assembly. Cuts are made using precision CNC tenoning machines, making sure the tenons fit perfectly on the mortice upon assembly.

06

Sanding, Grinding and Repairing

After a series of woodworking, we smoothen the pieces and prepare for assembly by sanding them with different grits. Gradually increasing the sanding grits reveals the natural beauty of the wood pieces, elevating the baby furniture’s overall appeal. We also make adjustments to the pieces, so no flaw will show up when used.

07

Assembling and Weeding

Once the parts are fully prepared, we proceed to the assembly process, where we fully realize the custom baby furniture. Each piece is painstakingly installed by the assembly team and checked to ensure they fit flush on other sections.

08

Protective Packaging

Packing the baby furniture in sturdy packaging is the last step of our manufacturing process. We start this by wrapping a protective layer of film on the assembled furniture to prevent moisture collection that can cause metal parts to rust. The furniture is then encased in a box made from thick cardboard with foam fillings to avoid damage during transit.
