As such, each product that leaves our warehouse is backed by a full warranty coverage that includes parts replacement. If there are any concerns with broken or defective pieces on the furniture, we’ll quickly send a replacement free of charge.
Refund for any quality problem
In the event that a customer is not satisfied with the baby furniture and asks for a refund, we can handle the request on your behalf. Refunds are based on the product price and will be deducted from your account balance.
